How to return/exchange products:

1. Please call 1-800-859-2203 or e-mail us at quality@qualitylaser.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#).
2. Pack the return merchandise in a corrugated box, not an envelope. Merchandise returned in a padded envelope will arrive crushed, and will not be refundable.
3. You are responsible for the safe return of the merchandise.
4. We suggest you use a carrier with tracking, such as UPS (1-800-PICK-UPS), or US mail with delivery confirmation
5. Write the RMA# clearly on the outside of the return packaging. Send it to:
