HP LaserJet M3035 MFP Vertical Lines on Scans, Copies & Outgoing Fax
The HP LaserJet M3035 Series of Multifunction Printers (MFP) are a very popular device not only for Network Printing, but very much so for scanning applications. These include Scan-to-Folder, Scan-to-email, copying and sending faxes. This machine is a real workhorse.
A couple times a week our Laser Printer Repair Department will receive support calls with clients complaining about vertical lines when they Scan, Copy or Send Faxes. This generally occurs because of the Automatic Document Feeder (ADF) Scanner Glass has paper dust or another contaminate on it.
The fix is a simple and routine maintenance procedure that takes literally 2 seconds to perform. We have produced this video to show you how easy and fast it is to maintain your ADF Scanner Glass for clear images free of vertical lines.
Let us know if this has helped you!
