In-Office & Depot Service and Preventative Maintenance Service Includes:

- Complete troubleshoot/diagnostic inspection, including specific inspection of laser unit, fuser unit and paper handling assemblies.
- Full report on unit status; written estimate of needed repairs.

- Return UPS ground by Quality Laser Services on depot work (outside our service area in Western New York)
- All office repairs are done on-site or a loaner is provided.
